Search Facility

The powerful search technology built into Pagelocker allows search results to span all content (pages, database records and scanned file attachments) and produce rapid results pre-filtered for the current user's individual access rights.

This search engine was developed by PSE as a hybrid between the searching available from the database and the searching within Windows itself for file content. The search can be targeted at the whole site or just the current section and the pages below it. Results are fast and the keyword handling was designed to match Google for familiarity, allowing phrases, keyword exclusions, etc.

An 'Advanced Search' facility allows searching via multiple parameters making it easy to find specific information within thousands of documents and files in seconds.
