software, our customers expect a finished product which is tailored to their current

outlined, incorporating plans for future budgets and alternative business

Project management
In order to keep a close monitor on the progress of your project and the
budget expenditure, PSE uses a task-based method to plan and track each project.
Clients can keep track of their project status online. Our staff bill their
timesheets to individual tasks within a project allowing us to provide tight
control on both fixed price and time & materials projects.
As clients' requirements change, a maintenance contract enables them to
request incremental updates of any size, with each individual task being quoted
separately. This way, everyone knows where they are, and the risk of runaway
costs is eliminated.
A successful IT project requires effective project management. Once we've
gathered all our information we will develop your solution in stages, consulting
