PageLocker contains a bulk email facility that links with the user profile system to enable you to send emails to people based on their group membership.

The system ensures that each user only receives one email and everything is logged in PageLocker. You can even selectively exclude recipients of previous emails, making this a powerful, targetted marketing tool.

The Bulk Email facility is a great tool for sending marketing emails, distributing documents and keeping in touch with your customers. Using this PageLocker facility also provides an excellent fall-back for sending bulk emails when you are out of the office as you can access PageLocker as long as you have access to the web.

Emails can be sent in plain text, HTML or based on the user's preference as determined by their user profile. The content can be created uses any of the content management options and links directly to the website stylesheet to produce emails with a professional corporate image of any design. Placeholders can be added to effectively mail-merge with the fields contained in each recipient's user profile and the content can be controlled by code allowing developers to compile tailored emails for each recipient.

Any number of email templates can be added to the system and then quickly selected from a list before amendment.
