customers expect a finished product which is tailored to their current
requirements but which will also support development as their business changes.
PSE will help you to explore all the possibilities open to you. We respect the
fact that any IT solution has to fit into a budget and we will find the most cost
effective approach to achieving maximum results. Various solutions can be
outlined, incorporating plans for future budgets and alternative business
requirements.
Project management
In order to keep a close monitor on the progress of your project and the budget
expenditure, PSE uses a task-based method to plan and track each project.
Clients can keep track of their project status online. Our staff bill their timesheets
to individual tasks within a project allowing us to provide tight control on
both fixed price and time & materials projects.
As clients' requirements change, a maintenance contract enables them to request
incremental updates of any size, with each individual task being quoted
separately. This way, everyone knows where they are, and the risk of runaway costs is
eliminated.
A successful IT project requires effective project management. Once we've
gathered all our information we will develop your solution in stages, consulting with
you every step of the way.
Once your project is complete we will be at hand to offer help and support in
accordance with your Support Contract.
